Who we are

helpdocrati.com is operated by CMA Solutions LLP. Help Doc Rati is its brand. Registered office: Kh. No. 316/274, Ground Floor, Front Side, Saidulajab, Western Marg, Near Lane No. 3, Gadaipur, South West Delhi, New Delhi 110030, India. LLPIN ACP-6029. Sessions are given by Dr. Rati Khurana, who holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology and is an RCI-registered Rehabilitation Counsellor (CRR A106451). She is also the author of She Was Also Born That Day.

The articles, tools and resources on this site are for education and general support. They are not a diagnosis or a substitute for care from a qualified professional who knows your situation. Sessions

Sessions are booked through the appointments page. The fee, the length of the session, and the terms for rescheduling and cancelling are shown when you book and confirmed before you pay. Fees are fixed and are not negotiated. What you share in a session is confidential, within the limits set out in our ethics and privacy notice.

The book and the e-book

Prices, delivery, cancellation and refunds for the paperback and the e-book are set out in the order terms. In short: paperbacks ship within India only; the e-book is delivered by email anywhere, and once you have downloaded it the sale is final unless a file will not open and we cannot fix it.

The e-book is licensed to you for your own reading on your own devices. Each copy carries the buyer's name and order number. Please do not share, resell or upload it, or use it to train AI systems.

Payments

Card, UPI and wallet payments are taken by Razorpay, on behalf of CMA Solutions LLP, which is the name your statement shows. Your card and bank details go to Razorpay and never reach this website. Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency shown at checkout; your bank may add its own conversion or overseas fee.

The book, the articles and the other material on this site are protected by copyright and belong to Dr. Rati Khurana and CMA Solutions LLP. You may read, print and share links to them for personal use. Please ask before republishing any of it.

Our responsibility

We take care to keep the information here accurate and the site working, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, CMA Solutions LLP is not liable for any loss that comes from relying on general information on this site rather than on advice given to you personally. Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer under Indian law.
