My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental wellness is achieved through a holistic and culturally attuned approach. I operate from a foundational principle that effective therapy must honour the individual's unique personal history, cultural background, and spiritual beliefs.

My practice is not a one-size-fits-all model; instead, it is a collaborative journey where I partner with clients to navigate their intra-personal and inter-personal struggles.

A central tenet of my work is the integration of Western evidence-based modalities with Eastern wisdom traditions. This is prominently reflected in my research and application of principles from the Bhagavad Gita and the concept of Karmayoga to enhance mental well-being and address conditions like anxiety and depression.

I believe in leading clients to overcome their struggles by equipping them with the tools to understand their problematic areas and foster lasting psychological growth. My overarching goal is to build culturally adapted psychological interventionsthat are truly suitable for the Indian context.
